Head Chef Stuart Pegg (Rossette Background and Salon Culinaire Gold Medalist 2000) serves classic French cuisine with an Asian and British twist. His Signature dish, Pan Fried Sea Bass with Pink Grapefruit Risotto, Smoked Haddock Chowder and Buttered Asparagus is a must for all food lovers.
An a la Carte menu is available all week and Sunday Lunch is also available.
