The Shilton Restaurant is named after the nearby village, which used to form part of the estate that was owned by the Adams family who resided at Ansty Hall.
My team and I use a combination of local and exotic elements to create the dishes that are presented on this menu. Great care is taken to ensure that the quality of our ingredients is of the highest level. All the food presented on this menu is prepared in our own kitchens to ensure the highest level of originality for your dining experience.
I am proud to present the Shilton Grill featuring beef, which true to our Scottish heritage comes from the finest Scottish herds naturally reared on mineral rich grass, the chicken is from corn fed free-range birds, and the fresh wild fish is delivered daily caught from sustainable sources.
