Abbey Fields is Kenilworth's main park and is set in the dramatic valley of the Finham Brook and enjoys views of the castle and the parish church. The park offers a wealth of things to enjoy, including walking, fun for children, wildlife on the lake, wildflowers and fine trees, games and sports as well as discovering the history. Events are regularly held within the park, including the annual Boxing Day duck race along the brook
The park has a rich history with its connection to the nearby Kenilworth Castle, and its character is influenced by both historical features and its wildlife. The lake and grassy slopes dominate the landscape, but there are still ample recreational facilities such as tennis, putting, bowls, swimming and a children's play area. There is a free car parking adjacent the park.
