North Mere is a series of quality self-catering units recently converted from 19th- century traditional farm buildings.

They are situated on a working family farm in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, convenient for Birmingham (NEC and NIA), Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.

The access is located off a quiet country lane within minutes of major roads and motorways.
It is only a short walk to Kenilworth Castle and within easy reach of Kenilworth’s numerous pubs, restaurants and shops.

The accommodation is bright and modern inside and fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

By road: From the A46 take the exit towards Kenilworth town centre, on the A452, following signs to Kenilworth Castle. At the Clock Tower turn left towards the castle on the B4103. Continue along this road, directly opposite the road to Coventry and at the end of the houses, Chase Lane is on your left. Continue along Chase Lane for approximately 1 mile and you will see the turning on the left hand side down the hill to Pleasance Farm. The Coach House is the single storey building on the left of the main farm yard.

By bus: There are regular services from Coventry and Leamington which stop in the Old High Street, Kenilworth or at the Clock Tower, Kenilworth (approximately 2 miles away).

• This single storey holiday cottage comprises two bedrooms (one twin and one double) There is also a spacious shower room, open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
  The single floor living makes this ideal for people with limited mobility.
  All fixtures and fittings in The Coach House are of a high standard, and there are many items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including dishwasher, microwave, broadband, the use of laundry facilities and a patio garden to enjoy those summer BBQs.
  Electricity, full central heating, linen and towels are included in the price.
  Short breaks can start Mondays.

• Prices (per unit per week for normal occupancy)

• This holiday cottage comprises three bedrooms over two floors. There is a ground floor bedroom with king sized double bed and ensuite shower. The two upstairs bedrooms (one twin and one king sized double) share a good sized family bathroom with an over bath shower.
  There is level access to the ground floor bedroom, WC and living room with steps to the kitchen / diner and patio garden.
  All fixtures and fittings in The Old Dairy are of a high standard, and there are many items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including dishwasher, microwave, wireless broadband the use of laundry facilities and a patio garden to enjoy those summer BBQs.
