Events are regularly held within the park, including the annual Boxing Day duck race along the brook
The park has a rich history with its connection to the nearby Kenilworth Castle, and its character is influenced by both historical features and its wildlife. The lake and grassy slopes dominate the landscape, but there a re still ample recreational facilities such as tennis, putting, bowls, swimming and a children's play area.
