Stretton-on-Dunsmore - Elaborate monument.

There are several half-timbered 16th and 17th century houses in the village, including the Manor House and Moor Farmhouse. The 18th century 'Shoulder of Mutton Inn' is one of the few inns to retain its own Friendly Society, which was founded in 1776.

The church of All Saints' was rebuilt in 1835-37. It is a handsome building with several interesting features, including the west gallery, the 17th century stained glass and an elaborate monument to Revd. William Clark, who was incumbent here in the early 19th century.
