VISITENGLAND 4 STAR SELF CATERING, FAMILIES WELCOME, ACCESS DETAILS

Set in the pretty village of Sedgeberrow at the foot of the Cotswolds, Hall Farm Cottages have beautiful views over hills and fields. In the Heart of England, just 30 miles from Birmingham, 50 from Bristol and 100 from London, the cottages are easily accessible from just about anywhere and an ideal place from which to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas or merely relax in the garden, swim in the pool, or try a spot of fishing along the river bank! Four beautiful barn conversions await you with peace and quiet prevailing.

Each cottage contains a wealth of original features including exposed beams and bricks, whilst creating an extremely well equipped and comfortable space to allow you to get the most out of your well earned holiday. The main garden has tables and chairs for each cottage and is fenced in for the safety of children, whilst the extended grounds include an orchard (help yourself to fruit) and a large expanse of lawn. Children are extremely welcome and we will endeavour to accommodate your requests for baby/child related things - from cot to steriliser to toys. Sedgeberrow is a thriving village with a lovely pub serving home-cooked food and a lovely church within 200 yards of the cottages. Sadly our village shop is currently closed.

All the cottages have been converted from old stables and barns with the utmost care, using original timbers and features where possible, whilst having all the modern fixtures and fittings essential in today's high standards. Much of the furniture is antique and blends in completely with the cottage atmosphere. All the cottages have been created to provide peace and tranquillity in a rural environment hence all the sitting rooms and bedrooms overlook the gardens.

In order to ensure your holiday in just that - a holiday - whether you plan on visiting all the great local restaurants or eating-in, our aim is to make sure that you "Just Need Food". There's nothing worse than having to buy absolutely everything, so condiments, cleaning stuff, cling-film etc is available for you.

Grooms Cottage (sleeps 2), Coopers Cottage (sleeps 4) and Gardeners Cottage (sleeps 5) are all in a converted stable block. French doors open directly onto the large garden. These cottages are open-plan downstairs with a kitchen separated by a breakfast bar from the sitting room and dining area. All the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, overlook the gardens and have en-suite bathrooms.

Moat Path Cottage (sleeps 6) is a converted barn and has its own fenced garden complete with patio with teak furniture and swing set. Moat Path has a large kitchen with breakfast table, dining room, sitting room, double and twin bedroom on the ground floor along with cloakroom and bathroom; whilst on the first floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom. Moat Path has the benefit of having a wood burning stove (wood supplied). Of course Moat Path guests are encouraged to also use the main gardens and orchard!

On your arrival you can expect a warm welcome and goodies for a cup of tea! For further information visit: http://www.hallfarmcottages.net
