Briar Cottage was built in 1860 as a home for workers from the local silk mills. It is situated in the middle of a row of lovely, Cotswold stone cottages. An alleyway at the side gives direct access to the rear entrance of the cottage and patio garden. By Road:
From A44 Take the B4479 at the turning at the top of Bourton-On-The-Hill, just before the Great Western Arms pub turn left on brow of hill. At T-junction turn right into Park Road, Briar Cottage is on the right after the entrance to St. Georges Hall.

By Public Transport:
From Moreton-In-Marsh Turn right out of station platform to Budgens car park adjacent to station yard. Bus stops approx 10 times Mon-Sat. No service on Sunday. Bus goes to Blockley and takes approx 15 minutes.
